CSL Communications Group Ltd is a leading international Machine-to-Machine (M2M) technology investment group. The CSL Group comprises of CSL DualCom Ltd, CSL Communications Ltd and CSL Connect AB.

The portfolio began in 1996 with CSL DualCom pioneering the move from wired to wireless technology in the Electronic Security industry. CSL have since extended their services to the Healthcare industry via CSL Communications offering managed end-to-end connectivity for any Telecare application.

CSL Connect AB is the Stockholm operation of the CSL Group offering the DualCom range of products and M2M services to the Nordic region. With near two decades experience of the M2M marketplace, CSL plan to replicate the success of DualCom in these new territories and beyond.

DualCom was the first product to confirm a line cut and subsequent alarms following a line cut. Over time CSL’s competition caught on and launched other Dual Signalling on the back of the Industry's acceptance of this now widely established technology.

In 2006 a MBO was successfully led by the Group CEO, Phil Hollett and Simon Banks, founder and Group Managing Director. Since the 2006 MBO, CSL have propelled the DualCom product to become the UK’s best selling Dual Signalling system and the preferred choice for hundreds of thousands of professional security installations in commercial, retail and residential premises.

After a period of rapid growth Bowmark Capital took over from Octopus in 2011 investing alongside the senior management team.

CSL’s long-standing relationship with business partner Vodafone has supported in the design of the Gemini® Managed Network; the most resilient and reliable managed network in the industry. CSL DualCom are the only signalling service provider utilising a purpose built Network Operations Centre (NOC) to support Gemini®, the engine that powers DualCom signalling.

CSL DualCom will continue to provide Alarm Installers with credible, trustworthy secure signalling at affordable costs whilst meeting the needs of the Insurance Industry and the stringent European standards.
